We have just had our 3rd appointment with Shine North Lakes, 2nd with my daughter having her braces on, and we have had a very pleasant experience so far with Dr. Franco and the staff. My daughter was anxious about her initial appointment and her appointment to get her braces, but Dr. Franco and the staff were very patient with her on both occasions and spent the time to explain the process and what they were doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Franco and team at Shine North Lakes.

All the dentist are so nice!! I just got my braces on today. Every 10 minutes they asked “are you alright? Your doing a great job” which really helped me a lot!! Definitely reccomend!!

Always great service from staff, Dr Prem’s professionalism and knowledge in my treatment has always been top tier. I’m around halfway through my alligner’s and haven’t had a negative experience. The process is very streamlined in comparison to having had Bracers in the past. Would recommend this Clinic to anyone who is looking into fixing their teeth.
